![]() Finally bit the bullet and formatted and reinstalled everything and it all came together. I had a similar problem recently with a program at work, no matter what I did, I couldn't get it to even be read on the CD drive (even though everything else could be read). Unfortunately, I tend to agree with Robert, although it is a shotgun approach. Format it and see if it will let you install then. Seriously, back up everything you need on the computer. Without exact error message no one can even begin to help you. ![]() The only advice I can give you is to better explain what kind of error you are getting. My computer is 2 months old - HP, Windows Vista, 6g, and no problems so far. The Adobe support is confounded about this issue. We have clean scripted, added a new administrator, etc. Since I knew that CS4 was about to launch I waited. In September I downloaded the trial version of CS3 and it worked just fine. Just purchased Photoshop cs4 this week and I am unable to install it. ![]()
